Se fizeram esta escolha tendo operado patrulha oceânicos levemente menores e porque tem duas razões.O Brasil tem um projeto altamente testado na classe Amazonas e suas plantas. Em vez de colocá-los em produção criou um novo projeto .Br com a Engeprom com engenheiros que nunca projetaram nem navios de200 toneladas, que se construído ainda será avaliados por anos. O cidadão não e anti-brasileiro. Simplesmente não vai gastar esforço mental para escrever sobre ''nada'' acontecendo ou ''nada'' para acontecer, segundo a visão do editor do site. O assunto mais importante da MB e o PROSUB e este já foi muito comentado. Hoje falar sobre o PROSUB e falar sobre os atrasos acumulados. Quais seriam os assuntos sobre a MB de interesse?. French shipbuilder opens Colombia office in bid for new frigate contract

French shipbuilder DCNS opened a new office in Bogota, Colombia, hoping to bolster its chances in securing work on the Colombian Navy’s Plataforma Estratégica de Superficie (PES) frigate acquisition programme.

Under the programme, Colombia plans to acquire four frigates to replace the existing Almirante Padilla-class vessels, which are expected to be decommissioned in 2024.

Olivier Michel, DCNS Latin America Vice President, opened the representative office in Bogota, on Wednesday, March 8.

This inauguration will be followed by DCNS participation in Colombiamar, the Colombian naval defense exhibition which will be held in Cartagena March 15-17.

“With our new representative office in Bogota, DCNS is keen to be part of a strategic partnership with Colombia and its local industry,” Olivier Michel said.

“Thanks to its long and fruitful experience in cooperation and its expertise in systems integration and technology transfer, DCNS intends to bring technology and added-value know-how contributing to development and sovereignty of Colombia in naval defense field. DCNS is proud to already have a successful experience in Colombia with the Colombian navy through the Padilla frigates modernization program.”

Between 2009 and 2013, DCNS completed the maintenance and upgrading of the Almirante Padilla-class frigates.

The French shipbuilder is proposing its new 4,000t Belh@rra frigate. Belh@rra is the export version of the French Navy’s new FTI (Fregate de Taille Intermediaire) medium-size frigate, which will be equipped for anti-submarine warfare with widened self-defence and commando-projection capacities.

Another offer for the Colombian frigates is coming from UK’s BMT Defence Services who joined forces with Saab to offer the Venator-110 frigate design.

The Venator-110 is a 117-meter design that can come in three versions: light frigate, patrol frigate and a patrol ship, responding to individual requirements and budgets, as BMT says.

Colombian Navy’s Pohang-Class Corvette Begins Journey To Colombia

Esse projeto da empresa colombiana bem que poderia ser mais um entre tantos deles que nós aqui estaríamos muito bem servidos, caso as necessidades da MB fossem levadas a sério.
Mas nem o NaPaFlu conjunto saiu do papel até hoje, que se dirá o resto.

The main dock of the Pacific Naval Force, in Bahía Málaga – Valle Del Cauca, was decorated to say goodbye to the 87 Marines and Marines who set sail aboard the Ocean Patrol ARC “7 de Agosto”, to represent Colombia in the international naval exercises Unitas in its 62nd version, which this year will take place from September 23 to October 6, in maritime waters of Peru, within the framework of the celebration of the bicentennial of the Navy of that country.

After three months of arduous training, these men and women of the Colombian Navy will sail the waters of the Pacific Ocean on a journey of 1,183 nautical miles to the Port of Callao in Peru, where they will arrive on September 23, to begin to the multinational exercises Unitas LXII 2021, which will include the participation of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, the United States, France, Mexico, Panama, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay.

For 13 days, the participating nations will carry out naval operations in the air, maritime, submarine and land domains, of a defensive and offensive nature, forming a multinational task force to attend a simulated crisis of disaster relief, humanitarian aid and the overthrow of a government. legitimately constituted democratic party. These exercises seek to maintain the interoperability of the navies of the western hemisphere and especially the region, to continue fighting transnational threats.

During these phases, the Colombian Navy Units will carry out training exercises that include surface maneuvers, tactical formations and exercises in tactical publications, communications, maritime interdiction, search and rescue operations, firing with major and minor weapons and operations of the embarked aircraft. In the same way, operations will be carried out from the sea in support of land operations, using amphibious and aerial means of transport to carry out humanitarian assistance missions and aid in natural disasters, in addition to critical medical training, completing more than 100 naval exercises.

The military departure ceremony of the OPV ARC “7 de Agosto” was chaired by Vice Admiral Francisco Cubides Granados, Commander of the Pacific Naval Force and was attended by the commanders of the different components that make up this major operational unit. , special guests and family members of the Marines and Marines, who will proudly represent the national tricolor in the multinational naval exercises Unitas LXII – 2021.
